SU is notoriously stingy regardless of your numbers, and with the knowledge that the other schools might be willing to "buy" your LSAT, they aren't likely to fight too hard to get you, unless you wrote a really convincing essay that makes them think you just have to be in Seattle. I say they give you 75% thinking you will go somewhere else anyways. But I could be wrong
UW may also buy your LSAT, but you likely won't get more than 50-75% with that GPA. You would be better off with 168/3.6 at UW as their adcom tends to favor balanced stats. But I could really be wrong, here.
AZ and AZ St. are likely going to give you 50-75% (maybe 100%), as they buy LSAT's. I could definitely be wrong here.
USC and UCLA will probably only give you $10-20K. They don't need your LSAT because they have "splitters" with higher GPA's (or just more balanced applicants) who can give them your score or something close (Stanford and Berkeley rejects!). But it depends on their needs (and whether you are out of state in UCLA's case). I doubt I am wrong here.
But I haven't looked at your profile.
I applied to UCLA (out of state) and got waitlisted by them last year, so I can't quite figure out how they do business (I'm a URM with 162 LSAT!).

Probably at least some at U of A, I would say lots but is kinda late in the cycle. Also, you may be able to get residency 2nd year.

My LSAT is far lower than yours and I received money from UA. I wasn't complete until 2/1 either, so it shouldn't be too late! They have a reputation for being pretty generous, so good luck!!

Washington doesn't really do merit aid.
