This is exactly what I've been wrestling with though-- I would hate to get accepted with absolutely no money (something I would jump at, however) and miss the opportunity to wait it out and up my chances at a scholarship next cycle. But then supposing I wait and don't do as well as I'd like- and next cycle's competitiveness blows me out of the water. With a 164 you're not likely to get into a better school, let alone with significant money. You'd have to retake the LSAT to have a shot of that at a T14.
