Wondering if any PT programs would be a better bet rather than heading towards T3/T4 schools.

The short answer is Yes. The long answer is depends on which PT program and which T3/T4. More specifics are moar better.

PT at IU-Indy would be a good option if you are in-state. Tuition is roughly 13,000 or 14,000 a yr.
