Likely in at UVA and cycle over, as long as you apply really early (like, try to have your app in the day they open for submissions next cycle). 170 + in-state + ED = acceptance. If you do it that quickly you should hear back so soon in the cycle that you'll know whether or not to even bother applying elsewhere.

C&F issues may hurt you, make sure you have solid disclosure addendums and make it clear you're mature enough now to not do what you did again.
