3.0/160 upward trend

What are my chances with a 3.0 and a 160? I had a rough time freshman year, and my grades progressed upward: (by year) 1.97, 3.17, 3.47, 3.73. I'm a philosophy major (non URM) at a small, but well-known liberal arts school, not too many "soft" factors. I'd like to go to a tier 2 (or obviously tier 1 but I don't think that's in the cards) somewhere along the east coast. Currently, I'm applying to schools assuming that my 3.0 gpa is all they'll take into account because I don't know how much of an effect the upward trend really has. Any tier 1 possibilities? Thanks all.

Sorry I should have specified. Basically, my question is will the upward trend have much of an effect or not really? Because I had been using those resources assuming it wouldn't have much of any.

Its a Large upward trend, but you went from a horrendous GPA to a not that great of one. The fact you had under a 2.0 in Undergrad will make the admin com question how well you will do your first year in law school, I'm guessing. I personally dont think it will have an affect because your GPA is low in your final year anyways, relative to most students and schools acceptance criteria.
