Blanket the lower t14, as well as UCLA, Texas, and Vandy. It's hard to predict splitters, but I bet at least one of those schools would be willing to give you a shot. Especially if you were to apply early next cycle, since you could try ED.

Here's some further info though:

I've already applied to NW, Mich, Gtwn, Duke, and Cornell in the T14. Also, Emory, BC, BU, UT, and UGA. Is it worth giving up my 'choice' to have better odds at one specific t14 or should I keep my options open?

I really appreciate the help!

In my experience (I applied to most of those schools) you have a shot at all of those schools but an ED app would probably help at any of them. Pick your favorite and do it - you gotta make a decision sometime. Otherwise you'll be riding waitlists well into the summer...you might be anyway...good luck!

Do you have work experience?

With your numbers I'd apply to everything from Penn on down.

No work experience, but three separate internships with a top law firm

You are probably out at Northwestern, and Duke. You've got a decent shot at Michigan, and Gtown. Penn is worth an app, but I'd bet against you. You'll get waitlisted at UVA, but won't get off it ever. If you do the new Late Binding Decision UVA has you've got a good shot.

Cornell is being really pick so far, that may change, but who knows.

+1

That low GPA will shut you out of everything above Penn, it's too late to ED to Penn and UVA is its peer anyway, so just go ahead and ED to UVA if you want in the best school you can get into. Or, wait until next cycle and try again, but applying to Penn RD as a splitter probably wouldn't get you in even if you applied earlier.

What is y'alls definition of 'early' in a cycle?

I have similar stats as OP, but a little lower and was thinking about this. Who else aside from UVA in the t20 has a "late" ED option. I had heard Georgetown, but did not see anything on their website.

GULC is the only other T14 with a late ED (March 1).

Who is more splitter friendly - Georgetown or Virginia? My numbers are very similar to the OPs. Do you think he has a good chance if he applies ED? Do you really think he'll be waitlisted at the other schools listed?

UVA is more splitter-friendly, especially with ED. With a 172 it's possible to get in elsewhere or get in RD, but it's not guaranteed at all.

ED to UVA, they'll let you know within 15 days and its no, you can also ED to GTown. But depending on your numbers you may have a shot at Mich, Cornell and NU.

How are my chances at UVA ED with a 3.2/170 (multiple LSATs if it makes a difference)? I wonder if it'd be significantly different from a 172 since their 75th is a 171.

I'm going to try Michigan too. Thinking about just waiting til next cycle if I don't get a t14 this year.

UVA ED is going to be a tough this late in the cycle, but still possible.

With how this cycle is going for splitters, I'm going to say that without ED, you have a nearly nonexistent chance. With ED to UVA/Georgetown you will have a slightly better chance, but still not a great one.

Going in early next cycle would almost certainly be advantageous.
