171, 4.03 GPA - Northwestern with no interview?

Hi everyone -

My apologies if this has already been asked, but does anyone have any idea of what my chances might be to get in to Northwestern without an interview? The Dec 2009 LSAT was my first and I scored better than I was expecting, which changed my list of schools. I can't afford to travel for an on-campus interview and the off-campus interviews are closed now.

MY LSAT score is 171, undergrad GPA 4.03, non-URM, 2+years of public interest work. Any chance I can still get in, or is it not even worth applying without the interview?

Also, anyone care to chance me on the following:
Yale
Harvard
Columbia
NYU
Chicago
Penn
Georgetown
Boston
GWU
Fordham
American

Thanks!

I would call the admissions office at NW and ask them exactly what you are asking TLS. With your numbers and w/e, I think they would love to have you.

I think you're good. Call the admissions office, explain, and ask if there is anything you can do. Even if it doesn't get you an interview, it will show them you care.

It probably obvious, but don't tell them that you scored higher than you thought you would and hadn't planned on applying. How can an adcom have confidence that you're good enough for their class when you didn't even believe it at first...

Thanks! I definitely wouldn't tell them I scored higher than I expected...but should I give them some sort of reason that I didn't apply for the off-campus interview sooner? I'm worried they'll think it was irresponsible of me...
