Being older is anything but a strike against you. If I had to guess your chances, I'd basically echo the precious poster. With such great softs, you can probably expect a better cycle than LawSchoolPredictor would give.
Just make sure to write a great personal statement (and, in my opinion, the max number of optional Penn essays) and you'll definitely have some nice choices.
And, of course, get your apps in asap!
