1) Set your sights higher. Your enrolled-NA boost will help, but unpredictably (cast a wide net).
2) Retake if you can bear it. I jumped from 162 to 172, so it's possible. It could really help with the T14.

Thanks for the info/advice. I guess the implicit question was does the NA URM get that much more of a boost than others? From your answers sounds like it does. I may retake, obviously I need to make this decision rather quickly. I think I can realistically get to 170, I studied for maybe about 20 hours total and just did PTs for the most part. If I retake, is it realistic to still get enrolled for Fall 10? Also, is there anywhere I should be applying besides those I listed?
On another note, I'd like to study indigenous/tribal/native law, so that's why UAZ, ASU, and UNM are in my sights.

I read somewhere that NA boost is usually worth about 3-5 points. Somebody back me up or point out my error.
