ASW's are officially over at this point and I just wanted to congratulate everyone on their acceptances and wish them luck in choosing the best school for them. I'll leave the dates so people can search the forums next year to get an idea of what to expect. Again, congrats!

If you have an additional school to add (especially regarding accommodations), reimbursement information, or additional logistical information please post it and I'll add it to this master post. This can be a valuable resource if everyone chips in the info they get from their acceptance letters. Speaking of which, congrats to everyone!

To Berkeley? You need to book it through their corporate airline account. There is no reimbursement.

Anyone know if you can combine money between schools? I would be traveling from overseas to attend, so needless to say, no amount any school has offered will cover the costs! I'm hoping I can pool the money for the plane ticket overseas and then bum around between ASWs once I'm back in the states...?

Does anyone know how consistent the schools tend to be from year to year with their ASW... I was thinking of putting in some dates from the past year to *estimate when the ASW would be this year, because I am impatient.

Has anyone actually booked their Berkeley trip yet? Just wondering how working with travel agent goes. Also, are people just planning on trying to stay with current students?

More generally, how many of these do people typically go to/plan on going to? Other than the money, it's also sort of tough to take a bunch of Thursday/Fridays off from work for a few weeks in row.
