WUSTL, Chicago, Northwestern tour

I'm on spring break this following week and I'm going to be visiting WUSTL, Chicago and Northwestern. Does anyone have advice on what I should see specifically? I'm spending about a day at each of the schools. I'm planning on taking a student-led tour at both Chicago and Northwestern and my friend who is a 1L at WUSTL is showing me around his campus.
