Top Law Schools

Hello everyone,

I am looking at the U Iowa law school, and wonder if anyone has visited, or plan to visit, and knows something about school (e.g. class profile, campus life, financial aid, employment stat, etc.) that they can share.

The exterior of the building is pretty cool but in my opinion, don't come here for the interior. I'm not a fan at all but i'm here because of the people and education, not to be inside a cool building...

I'm also an Iowa 1L that's happy to answer any questions you have.

Do I really have to send them the disposition for my traffic tickets? Section E1 and the instructions state that they are to be physically mailed to the Law School's admissions office. I can't just scan and attach copies to the application?

Basically, I don't like the interior of the building and i'll freely admit it.

Like I said, however, I don't mind the exterior. People call the building the Death Star:

It seems like every school I have ever seen has a building called the "Death Star."

I think it looks cool. I'm in Florida so the architecture around here is realllly plain and boring. What is that water? A lake, river? I've never been to Iowa (or anywhere, really).

1. A good buddy of mine here is from FL and came straight from FSU

2. It's a river. A very nice river. Maybe the Iowa river? I'm not sure but apparently it floods quite often. The school is up on a hill so it doesn't get flooded but some of the rest of campus does, however.

How is the Flordian enjoying the change of scenery?

Where on U of I's application does it say you have to provide anything about traffic tickets, et cetera?
