I'm going to the April 8th/9th days. To be clear, there is no compensation for going right?

Yes, unless you're going to interview for an RTK scholarship.

I'm going to that one too. And I just got into Columbia yesterday, so I am going to try to do both over that 3 day span. Hopefully I will see you there. We should do a TLS meetup for people who are going to the March 4-5 one.

Me too. I'm fairly certain I won't end up attending NYU due to a UVA acceptance/scholarship that came after I booked my flight, but I'm still excited to go check out the school. I'll be staying with a friend through the weekend, so at the very least it's a fun vacation!

Me too. It's intensely evil of NYU that they will be releasing $$$ decisions right around the ASW (3/25 last year, someone asked and they said mid-late March this year).
