Re: Harvard March ASW
I'm debating between attending the Yale Monday Program in March (also on the same date) and this one. Right now I'm leaning toward attending the Yale one and scheduling an individual visit in March. Do you think the Student Admit Programs will actually be more informative than individual visits? On the one hand, there will be more people people to talk to. On the other hand, going on individual visits can give you a more natural feel of the law schoo....

Re: Harvard March ASW
i think they accidentally put an extra period between "law" and "harvard" in the url for the schedule. the link should work once you correct this mistake.
in any case, yeah i'll be there. i'm looking forward you meeting some of you.

I heard back last Friday - it was a negative.
I'm staying at Irving House now instead. Anyone else staying there? Perhaps we can meet up beforehand.

I'm trying to let them get me involved with the ASWs (aka I want to recruit the incoming D1 Athletes for my flag football team).
What are the dates?

I don't think people are keen to have a complete stranger show up and stay at their house for weekend.

Let's meet up, Harvard people. My life as a man of mystery is growing burdensome, and my nametag will probably give me away anyway. That's probably how one or two people IDed me without me knowing at Columbia and NYU. Hint: I'll be the one that's not from an Ivy.

I was there tonight. Canadian from University of Calgary undergrad. I'm the only one from there, so if you see me mention you are from TLS. Hobbes, any hints to who you are? Saying you are the one not from an Ivy while eliminating about 75% of the people there, it doesn't quite narrow it down enough.

1. I am neither Asian nor white, but I am not black, Hispanic, Indian, or any other race.
2. If you look for me in high places you shall not find me.
3. I bear the name of Christ and the Joker.

Haha I also think I sat with Englawyer last night for dinner. It was an incredible ASW, loved it. Cambridge is amazing.

Unfortunately I never ran into any of you. I did have a great moment, though, when just as I was leaving the ASW today a lurker confronted me, solved my three riddles, and identified me (hey dude!).

Pretty confident you were the dude with the jeans, tshirt, and leather jacket. You also said something to the effect of "I'm just trying to confirm that I'm from the worst undergrad" while waiting for the law teaching student panel to begin. Creepy enough?tomhobbes wrote:Unfortunately I never ran into any of you. You got me. To provide context, I was poring through the list of students who were attending the ASW and someone asked me what I was doing. Where were you?dutchstriker wrote:Pretty confident you were the dude with the jeans, tshirt, and leather jacket.
