Top Law Schools

Does anyone have a sense of the current lateral market? I previously tested the waters and was able to secure interviews and offers fairly quickly but decided to stay at my firm. Now I'm actively looking to move and firms seem to be moving quite slow despite having posted needs for my practice.

My recruiter says it is reflective of the current market and most firms are taking their time with laterals, but wanted to make sure they weren't just trying to keep me optimistic and that's actually the case.
