Recent Lateraling?

Anyone had any luck lateraling recently? Specifically in the litigation market and even more specifically in Atlanta?
I've been applying since end of June and have not had so much as a nibble (except for a random civil AUSA interview). Is this just the market moving slow or have all those positions I applied to been filled and no one let me know.
