Lateral partners? Forum

I am a partner at a plaintiff firm considering offers to lateral to other firms in the same industry. At the partner level, what important questions should I be asking and other issues should I be thinking about when it comes to understanding and discussing the offer? If you have experience with this I would love to hear your insights. I am especially wondering about the kinds of things that people should be thinking about even if they're not explicitly mentioned by the other firm in their offer.
