Does anyone have experience in conflicts checks when lateraling from a big accounting firm to big law? Any insight would be appreciated.

This was from a long time ago, so not going to be relevant to poster. But for future reference for someone else, you can take the position that there are no conflicts no matter what because you were not practicing law at the accounting firm.

What if an accountant has Walmart as an accounting client, and then goes to a law firm that wants to sue Walmart? In my state, there is an accountant-client privilege.
