Do all CA biglaw firms require CA bar admission at time of job application?

Just wanted to get a sense of whether essentially all firms require this; whether there is sometimes wiggle room even if it is the firm's stated policy that they require CA bar admission at time of application; etc. etc.?
It's a big bummer of a policy!!

No; however, the ones that I know do not require bar admission do not make any mention of bar admission in their job postings.

I am lateralling to a V10 firm and no. However, they expect you to take the next available bar exam.
