Recruiting Experiences - HWR
Anyone worked with HWR (Howard, Williams, Rahaim)? It’s a legal recruiting shop. Any experiences positive/negative would be great!

I'm not familiar with them however, some things you should look out for when choosing a legal recruiter to work with.
#1. Someone who has solid connections with law firms in your area.
#2. A recruiter who has strong communication keeping you in the loop throughout the process.
#3. Someone who specializes in legal or attorney recruitment.
#4. A recruiter who is not too pushy when it comes to setting up interviews or accepting offers
#5. Someone who takes the time to understand your interests so they can present you with relevant opportunities.
