Optimism? I haven't seen any of that in months on TLS.

No luck. When I enter my info, it just says something's wrong.

have you heard anything from L and c? what's the status on your app? my application status changed on 2/5. status didn't change but date did. I hadn't been able to access the site until yesterday. hope this helps.

I have to be optimistic. I wait tables for extra dough, and I get to wait on couples who are probably going to be disgustingly affectionate and tip really shitty all weekend.

I have to have something to pull me through!

Hehehehe, you guys got the best of me. I tried it and got the "Oops something's wrong" message. Now I'm paranoid that they are going to see that I tried to get in, get pissy and auto ding me. Oh this process...

Hahahahahahaha, oh yeesh.... I feel for you. I'm going to be recording and producing a singer/songwriter this weekend and another guy who does spoken word poetry. Between the disgustingly affectionate songs and the disgustingly affectionate poetry, I feel I will be driven to drinking before all is said and done.

I feel like they should auto admit anyone who does this, as it clearly shows our insane desire (or just insanity?) to attend L and C. Plus, it's not our fault we were clever enough to try and crack into their system......

however this all ends, I feel like everyone in this forum topic should get together (in spirit) and drink heavily to celebrate this process being over....

From the front page, if you click on admissions, it will then show up on the right-side menu bar.

+1 (Bobalou, I went through the same paranoia when I got the Oops message today!)

However- my status did just update to 2/11 (previous complete date 1/21) GOSH I hope this means SOMETHING!! Needless to say, I will not try to access the admitted students site until I know for sure. The agony we inflict upon ourselves!

My date is 2/9...and since the discovery of the admitted students site, I will be checking it several times a day in hopes of the "oops" message disappearing. You know, instead of writing my dissertation.

It's fine.

I didn't know the link was there. My acceptance package came with the url to type in the address bar to access the website.

I don't remember whether you're admitted or not....it does work for me. If you're admitted and can't log on, is it possible you're using a different email address from the one you gave them in your application?

I hope that checking the admitted student page and receiving the "oops" message doesn't alert their IT department every time it fails. If it does, eight will have been from me... so far. Sorry guys. (But expect more.)

Oops. Meant to include this: Still waiting to hear anything. My checker updated complete on 1/6 and again on 2/8.

Yup. This has clearly turned into the new status checker.

My latest application update was on the 2/5. I wasn't able to access the Admitted Student site until last night.

Hope this information helps...maybe all those latest application updates are indicators that we are all moving closer to a decision?

Seems like the 2/5ers here are the ones that can access the site. So that may mean that final decisions (but not necessarily all decisions = acceptances) were reached for those that last updated on 2/5. If that is the case some should be seeing something in the mail today or tomorrow.

I hope not. I'm a 2/5 update and I can't access the site. Perhaps they're waiting to finalize a new draft of their "no scholarship for you" letter.

I hope so. I live in NC, and my admissions packet didn't make it until a WEEK after my decision had already been posted online. My mail checking habits have now gone to relatively odd to full blown obsessive. Hopefully another 2/5er with get their decision soon....

Oh man. That totally makes me sound like a douche. So sorry.

On a brighter note-doesn't this lewis and clark blog post make you super excited about the probability of going there?
