They have it on in the cafeteria at work. There are some people who walk in, drop their stuff off at their desk, then sit in the cafeteria the entire day.

I'm all for blowing off work, but that's taking it to a new level.
You've described my typical work day.

We just have a TV by our desks that's supposed to be tuned to financial news networks but apparently has ESPN, USA, TNT and others lol. So we've just been keeping the game on :P

this is what we used to do at my old office. this one only has one tv and it's in the lobby where everyone goes. now I go to the 'special needs room' and nap on the very cold counter instead.

Also, for all you buttheads that thought I was rude for not checking up on my status... back at work today. stepped out of the office and called, spoke with Kristina, admitted. Told her that I'm still interested and really like the school but that I did commit elsewhere already so it comes down to aid (I can't go to a school for sticker when another also-good school gave me money, no matter how much I like it... yknow? especially when I'm out 1.5k and am SO very poor). She was SUPER efficient and generally awesome (because of her efficiency. I have no idea what she's like other than that). Good luck to you all still waiting. I recommend emailing her directly for an update because she's the one I've been communicating with all along and who knows it could help. I seriously thought they wouldn't take anyone off the WL after the 1st round and they've had like 2 more right? So that is very good news.

also, they have scholarship money left. but no need-based.

GOOD MORNING, PARTY PEOPLE!
Golly. Tuesday. This would be such a great day for Fordham to make some calls, moving this WL.
Oh hey Fordham? Did I mention that you're looking very pretty, today? You've lost weight, haven't you?
(HANG IN THERE, ALL. Thinking good thoughts...)

There is money, but if your numbers suck and you're just squeaking in now, you won't be getting much.

Waitlisters, don't despair if you have to settle for Brooklyn or Cardozo. It was awesome to receive a tuition statement with a negative balance before factoring in any loans.

I squeaked in now and got a pretty good scholly. Of course... yeah that would have been nice, Brooklyn did that for me... but.. well I was too afraid.

So with ASD tomorrow, I wonder if they'll be making any more happy calls today? :D

I think they did it for earlier ASDs in the cycle if I'm not mistaken?

I'm still hanging in there, but there's been like no movement as far as I know right?

Haha, talk about going down to the wire.

wustl's freaking gorgeous and SO hard to pass up when you're lounging in their hammock.

Had a big hard-on for wustl. After today's event I totally lost it. Fordham is a great school. So happy to be here.
