Just went DR (although it reads DR 3/16). No links to admitted students website and no e-mail. Guess that means reject? Does everyone who is accepted get those links? 167/3.8

The admitted students website is not password protected. If you don't see a link to the student forum in your status checker or you haven't received an e-mail telling you that you're in, then you were probably placed on the wait list or rejected.
Another option that people have reported is that their decision is a request for an interview. Could be any of those things.
Marvelous... Thanks guys.
DR 3/15 at Cornell as well. No link or e-mail. So I can pretty assumed that I have not been accepted correct?

Why don't you call so I don't have to feel awkward when they say they've rejected me >.<

I had a feeling Cornell would do really well against Temple. Hopefully they keep it up in the 2nd half.

i applied 2/1 and my status is still "applied" as of 2/5. nothing has changed or happened in two months... which is what everyone is/has experienced with cornell, so i realize that's normal, but any advice on what to do at this point? call the admissions office to follow-up? write a LOCI? give up?

I applied in early december, and am still showing complete 2/18, so judging from my experience I think some waiting is definitely in the cards for you.

I called during non-business hours and a recording states that they go by when they received your app not by the date on the status checker.

All I know is that there will be a lot of sad people in a couple weeks and a few happy ones...

Just got the mail today - put on reserve. DR 3/16, 167/3.8. Le sigh. How long are they going to keep putting people on reserve? Jeez.

Has anyone received scholarship info yet? I hope they really don't wait until April 15th, that is my deposit date for some other schools.

This is the only T-14 I still have hope for. Don't think Northwestern or Chicago will accept me so come on Cornell, make me see a reason to live once more!

Seriously. I did email them last week asking when they would be notifying us of aid packages and the email said "the plan is to start sending out notifications next week." I hope it is this week!

My conversation last week with the financial aid office also mentioned that notifications should be starting soon. I would give it some time, but I would not be surprised if someone hears about something other than a Dean's this week.

Financial aid offers will be sent this week.

You can call the office and find out the decision, they're very nice and don't mind.

Eh, I prefer to experience rejection privately. Haha, I know what's coming I just wish it would arrive.
