ahhhh thank you. and for those people who are still waiting on status checkers.... i called the admissions office today because it had been about 4 weeks since i got the "received" email. the nice woman i spoke with said that status checker emails go out once a week (usually on wednesday), the week or two after your application is complete. i spoke with her a few hours ago, and got my status checker email about an hour ago. she also said to check your junk folder to make sure it's not there. hope this helps!

It's been just a little under 4 weeks for me. I need a status checker, Mich. Please. Give me a status checker to go neurotic on. Checking my inbox every half hour isn't enough. Ahhh.

Awww Olive.. It took me 3 full weeks and I submitted back at the end of Oct. The good news is it seems like once you have the status checker the decision comes relatively quickly. Guess they are busy this week with the ED deadline coming up fast.

I dont know!! The Dean also did not write a personal note to me on my fee waiver like she did for other people. I think Michigan just doesnt like me..

Well they certainly do now, lol.

Sent my file since mid-November and still no status checker from them. I would like to stop compulsively checking my email and start compulsively checking my status checker, please send it soon UM!

I think Michigan is going to be my biggest enemy this cycle. I was expecting to hear earlier because other people were hearing from Mich before any other school. So now I check everyday, and they arent going to tell me until March. I just know it.

Same here. Maybe they resent to everyone they thought was using the status checker too much Giving me access to the admitted student website would have been much more effective if that was their goal.

Naw, I got in RD. Was able to access admitted students' site a day before receiving the package in the mail.
