Yeah, **** that. Been clicking refresh all day but I'm realizing that I won't need to. Doesn't look like I'm getting anything today, as is the case with a bunch of us whose hopes were needlessly raised today.hypermeganet wrote:I'm 90% upset that my decision is pending.

I submitted 10/23, complete 10/29, accepted 11/4, found out today via status check. A good day.
Also, has anyone received the actual package yet? Do they mail it to your current or permanent residence?

Re: William & Mary
So the status checker says "Congratulations! Admit packet mailed."
Does that mean I'm in?
Sorry--just don't want to celebrate too early---The school I got into last go round sent me an e-mail directly informing me of their decision

Not every school does things the same way. Last cycle, W&M didn't even have a status checker.

Accepted today! via status checker, it says they mailed the packet yesterday. This is the first place I've heard from, what a relief!!

The most disappointing thing about all of this is the fact that I have yet another status checker to check. Damn it.

Where all did you apply? Not only are we in the same state but every time I post in a thread about a school I applied to you are there.Miltiades wrote:The most disappointing thing about all of this is the fact that I have yet another status checker to check. Damn it.

I got the LSAC fee waiver so I pretty much applied everywhere. Just seeing what will stick. What is $12 amongst friends?autao wrote:Where all did you apply? Fair enough and good luck. Are you looking to remain in the south?

Re: William & Mary
Thanks, and I hope everything works out for you. I have no illusions about getting out of the south. Not that I dislike the region, but due to economic and number restraints I'll probably be here. My application isn't exactly going to pave my way to any place worth going into six figure debt for a degree. So most likely I'm here...but a fellow can dream (provided the cost is only $12 per dream).autao wrote:Fair enough and good luck. Are you looking to remain in the south?

I fear that you and I both are on the "We won't reject them yet just in case a nuclear explosion wipes out 3/4ths of the other applicants" list. I don't want to wait until March 24th.robin600 wrote:163/3.65

In today via status checker ("congratulations, acceptance package mailed 11/4"). I'm near DC so should be getting it today or tomorrow. By no means auto-admit- 3.4ish/167, went complete 10/28. I'm excited!!! First acceptance.
