I actually just sent another LOCI. I really don't know how many have gone out. I suggest you send another one as well just to remind them you are still there and still very much interested. The things you mentioned above can only make you look better so why not...

Still waiting as well. Heard from Dean Brown yesterday (what a nice guy by the way!) He said that as people withdrawal they move right to the list. Hopefully more people will be withdrawaling soon!

I applied FT in September. Was rejected, and had my application switched to PT with no difficulty.
My status checkers says the last update was in September, but reflects the switch the PT.
I have had absolutely NO action on my application since I made the switch in November. I sent an LOCI and called to confirm that my application had been switched, which they confirmed it had after a small investigation.
Is anyone else in purgatory?!?!

Just spoke with Dean Brown earlier.. he is definitely very nice and helpful! He said that we are basically waiting for people to withdraw at this point, and that chances at PT are looking better than FT at this point. Good luck everyone!

Pretty substantial waitlist movement so far, and the publicity certain people received on TLS likely contributed greatly... but yeah, there is a lot of Fordham on here.

Just got in full time! So ridiculously excited. I emailed with Dean Brown yesterday, so there is definitely a pattern there.
See some of you in the fall, and those still waiting...the trend on this thread is definitely positive! Good luck to all.

Congrats Boston Legal!! I have been stalking this thread. I am on the waitlist originally for FT, but switched to PT after a phone conversation with Dean Brown last month. I spoke to him last Thursday and he said that a lot of people were still playing around with double deposits. Your acceptance gives me hope!! Also, he seemed to imply that the waitlist was pretty short at this point, but I may have misinterpreted. Any veteran TLSers want to estimate how many people are left on the FT and PT waitlists for Fall 2009???

I spoke to the dean today as well. Apparently the program is mostly full but its said to still be worth my continued interest. Hopefully that means my stalking will lead to a positive outcome...
