pretty much yeah. on the WL at cornell and GULC. if nothing happens, i guess it's reapply and shoot for northwestern, cornell EA, GULC, and probably an ED at Penn? would really like to get going and get in this year though. i'm done as much as I can at my job and i'm ready to move on...

I am in a very similar boat (GULC and Cornell WL's). I applied REAL late so I'm considering reapplying. But I think I'll just suck it up and head to Fordham, because you really never know with the unpredictability of a URM cycle. Best of luck to you man.

Yes, I had already sent in my deposit at Cornell. I got off the waitlist at another school so that's why I withdrew. Still, Cornell is fantastic and I'm wishing you all luck in getting off the waitlist/reserve list!
PS--not URM...let/them/eat/cake, you are very perceptive
You hear that Cornell? Someone you admitted thinks I'm "very perceptive". You know you want "very perceptive" in c/o 2012!

Then I hope so too! Was it as casual and relaxed as they said it was going to be?
Are mayon-Eggs out too?

HAHA. "She calls it a MayonEgg". genius. what a travesty, its cancellation...
it was as casual as they implied it would be; and it was, even, enjoyable. i really liked the vibe i got from the whole experience. god i sound like i was at a rave lol but really, it was informal and shouldn't be stressed over.

Seriously, I was watching "Making a Stand" where we were introduced to the genius that is the "The Boblob Law Law Blog" and just thought to myself "damn, I love this show!".
Dear Cornell,
I'd make a better attorney than Barry Zuckercorn, Wayne Jarvis & Bob LobLaw combined. Okay, great--now let me in!
Good!! I'm glad you had such an enjoyable experience! Hopefully the dean you interviewed with enjoyed you just as much

given the above (from last Friday), i'm kind of surprised nothing has happened yet. i guess they can afford to take their time at this stage of the game?

I interviewed there a few days ago and I think that they're definitely taking their time as they have 200 people on the WL and can prolly find someone in due time for that spot.
