Georgetown Status Check changed to Decision but no mail yet?

hi, so my status checker switched to decision on jan 13 and I have not gotten any letter yet. Is this bad/normal?

I don't know, but same here... I'm not holding my breath, though.

I went to decision on the Jan. 14th....called today and was told my letter had been mailed..checked today and I received NADA...I also live in Washington, DC....

I went from "Decision" last week back to "Complete" earlier this week, and then back to "Decision" yesterday. Not sure what's going on...

Mine was one of the status checkers that changed overnight between the 13th and 14th, in the absence of any formal update on the website. Still haven't gotten any mail...in the Midwest...anxiously awaiting the mailman every day.

I thought it (rejection letter) would come today, but nothing. I'm guessing Monday, then.

My status went to Decision on Monday January 12th and I received my letter on Wednesday. Considering the fact that I live close to DC, I think its reasonable to expect a response early next week. Good luck!

Try logging into the admitted students website with the same login info you used for the status checker. It should work if its been four days since your decision.

Someone in the original "In at Georgetown" thread couldn't get in the website even though s/he had already gotten the admitted letter. So don't worry yet!...at least that's what I'm telling myself

yea that was me, they're pretty serious about the can't get into the site for four days after acceptance. definitely don't read anything into the site at this point!

im still waiting, but my mail hasnt come today yet.
im pretty sure im either a WL or a reject seeing as how its been more than 4 days since i went to decision and i cant get into the admitted students website.

maybe the letters didnt get sent out the morning we all went to decision.... yours would have definitely been there by now living in DC!
edit: anyone that went to decision since wed allowed to log into admitted students sight?
