Waitlist Follow-Up Email

I know there isn't a high chance of me getting into schools I am waitlisted at this late in the cycle, BUT I would like to follow up with a short email to let them know I am still interested. Sent my first and only LOCI in June. What should I write in my follow up email? I don't have enough updates for a full LOCI. Any examples are welcome! Thanks.
