Was about to post about this. I'm hoping we will hear back tomorrow, I think if you scroll up to an earlier comment someone mentioned when decision made is posted on a Friday, the email usually comes on Monday.of2273 wrote:Any chance people who went "decision made" today will hear back tomorrow?
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I was accepted based on mylsn but I still want concrete evidence!

Also in with 105k. It still amazes me how much of a numbers game it is. Soft factors make zero difference for acceptance or scholarship amounts.

Re: George Washington c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
it seems that GW pay more attention to gpa than lsat. I figure out that the appliants whose gpa above 3.8 are very likely to get accepted even their lsat is below 160. On the other hand, the applicants whose lsat is below but close to 165 and gpa is below 3.7 are very likely to get wl or reject.

If you go to the Admitted Students Portal, there is a tab called Admitted Student Gatherings. You can RSVP from there.par283 wrote:I'd love to go. Where'd you find the info on it?Shaheen678 wrote:Is anybody else going to the Admitted Student Gathering in New York on February 15th?
Let me know if you're going. Would be cool if I knew someone else there.

I just got in yesterday so I haven't checked out the Portal yet. I'll almost definitely be there though! I'm flying to WUSTL earlier that week, but I'll be back in the city by then!Shaheen678 wrote:If you go to the Admitted Students Portal, there is a tab called Admitted Student Gatherings. Waitlisted on the 22nd. Does anybody know when they start looking at WL applicants again? Or how likely a WL is to turn into an acceptance? Should I send additional info (I only did basic app, but I did apply ED)? GW is my top choice, so the WL decision was a little rough, but better than a rejection.

as gw law has announced to cut the class size significantly,it seems that WL
maybe will not be as optimistic as previous years.

I'm on the WL with a 166 and AA transcript (intl student). Applied in Oct, heard back Dec. Going to write a LOCI - does anyone have any advice for getting off the WL? Would be really appreciated!

Re: George Washington c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
I was recently waitlisted at GULC and had begun applying to real jobs with the intention of taking a year or two to work and retake the LSAT. Now GWU came in with an acceptance and $105000. Unsure what I want to do, but it was unexpected and nice.
