Same. He did the rest of us waiting a solid by withdrawing instead of just staying on the waitlist for shits and giggles when he knows he's committed to H.

Can we refresh the poll given the last wave of URs have seemed to be updated? Otherwise when the next batch goes under UR if possible?

Sure what does that mean? Like clear all the responses or make a whole new one?

I just meant clear the responses. I haven't modded a thread, so I'm not sure whether one could clear or had to make a new one.

I thought it'd be good to clear (assuming most UR1-2 WLs have been admitted at this point) so the poll better reflects current movement. I'm not sure whether that actually makes sense, but it does in my head. I could be totally off base.

People can actually change their votes in this poll! so hopefully everyone is keeping their status current... I guess those 6 people who are still UR/DLS in the poll probably haven't changed their votes but not sure if it's worth making everyone revote. What do you think?

Ah - that's a fair point. I think I'm just being mildly neurotic. I screencapped and dated the WL info just so people can see if there is movement by comparing the two! I think we (you) can probably just leave the poll as is!

Hey there!

Posted this in another thread, but does anyone know how to add additional letters of recommendation while on the waitlist?

I called the admissions office and they said my recommender could email it to them and just let them know who it was for in the email!
