Someone help soothe my worries - what are my chances of getting into UHLC if im 1 point below the median (158) and above the 75 for GPA? (3.8}?

I decided to check my status now, even tho I checked earlier today due to your comment and my status changed to decision rendered. I got admitted!

No email yet, but app says dean's scholarship and acceptance letter has been sent.

Same. Does anyone know if they will email scholarship or do we have to wait for snail mail?

I got the same thing. I think we'll have to wait for snail mail for the scholarship amount.

I got the email for acceptance about a half hour ago and got the scholarship email about 10 minutes ago.

I got nearly full ride for instate tuition. Very surprised.

Got accepted today and was awarded a half scholarship for in state tuition. I'm curious to know if they looked at my December score for the scholarship amount. I don't think they did since it was only released yesterday, so that might help me while negotiating with them.

In review since 1/5. Would really love to be accepted/get scholarship info asap. One of my last big chips to fall...

Any guesses on when the next round will be?

Cool, thanks. Any news about travel stipends, schedule, etc? I don't have FB, or else I'd figure it out myself.

They haven't really posted anything yet on the website or FB page. They haven't even accepted the requests of students to the FB group. We might start seeing some info this week since classes are starting soon for the spring semester at UH.

Just got an email today saying that with my December score they're raising my scholarship to 25K a year. Guess it's time to seriously start considering Houston!

It always seems to be! Still performed slightly below my average but raised my score by 4 points

Accepted a bit before fall semester ended.

Scholarship offer isn't good enough though, will probably withdraw within the next few weeks.

I feel like I'm the only one on TLS who can't believe how long UH is taking to admit the next round of applicants...it's been 2 weeks since anything has come across LSN. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Each day I think it can't possibly go on any longer...

Maybe since the semester just started this week we might see some more movement soon.
