Hey guys,

In today via email. highest LSAT of 167 and superior evaluation. Got 144 k. So quite excited. ! No woodruff though.

Anyone has any idea about travel stipends for ASW and need based schol at Emory? (Would want to cover full tuition with the need based aid)

I don't think they reimburse flights (might be different for international candidates, I'm not sure) but they do pay for 1 night at the hotel they reserved

And it's way cheaper for them to reimburse one night of their own hotel rather than handing out the $250-300 stipends that a lot of other schools do

I'm just presenting the facts, I'm not claiming that Emory's offer is a good deal or anything.

Checking in. I applied 1/16 and got the email saying my app was complete on 1/17. This may be the only school that I applied where I wasn't either a reverse splitter or over both 75th percentiles- ha! (161/3.85)

FedEX shipment from Atlanta notification = presumed acceptance. Yay!

Email this morning confirmed that I'm in and said that they gave me a merit scholly! I wish that they said in the email how much.

Got the acceptance package. $66k scholarship! Something to consider, for sure.

Just got an email saying: "Thank you for applying to Emory Law. Your application is currently in review. I know you've been waiting patiently. We will provide you with an initial decision at the end of March. We appreciate your continued patience as we provide a comprehensive and deliberate evaluation of your file. In the meantime, I wanted to send along information about what’s happening here in the Emory Law community."
