Hey guys! How soon after the acceptance email do you get info about when deposits are due, how much those are, and admitted students weekend?

I was accepted on 12/13 and haven't heard anything on that yet.ray.bee wrote:Hey guys! How soon after the acceptance email do you get info about when deposits are due, how much those are, and admitted students weekend?
The app website has an admitted students section with that info though. Deposits are April 1st and June 1st. Each one is $500. ASW is March 23-25. A schedule of events is on their site.
FWIW, I called WUSTL today asking about travel stipends, and they said e-mails with ASW info will be going out very soon.

Still haven't heard back after interviewing 12/15. Starting to think there's some kind of logistical issue given 1) my stats are solid for WUSTL and 2) I thought the interview went really well. Have they accepted anyone since the holidays?

mine said 23-25. I think your email may have included a typo lolTexasENG wrote:Just got the email regarding admitted students days. March 23 - 35 (lol). Looks like you can sign up for a number of events.

oh I see where it says to the 35th. on the email it says 23-25 and when you register for events, the events are through the 23-25 so I think the banner at the top of the google doc is an error.TexasENG wrote:Interesting. You have to tell them you're a reapplicant, or else they'll just have your 2016 CAS, and other information.Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Anyone else reapplying and think that Wash U just doesn't even read our reapplications??
Last year, I got interview requests and bunch of newsletters as soon as I applied, but this year...NOTHING. not even a status checker email.

Was just accepted after going complete in mid-September. I reached out to the office about the status of my application yesterday and was told this morning that everything was still on track despite not getting any status updates in some time. Then a few hours after getting that email I was accepted. Go figure.

Just signed up for ASD. I live in the state so it won't be too pricey for me.
Did any other women just get an email about the Olin Fellowship? I'm definitely going to apply, but I'm worried it might mean I'm not being considered for any merit scholarships. :/

Whoa, congrats man! Kind of makes me wonder if I should do the same if another month passes and still nothing (I went complete and interviewed in November). Tbh, I'm sort of tempted to do it now if that extra nudge will help, even though I know mine hasn't relatively been as long.PDX4343 wrote:Was just accepted after going complete in mid-September. Thanks, I was definitely surprised to hear back so quickly after. Maybe they viewed it as a sort of letter of continued interest.studyingeveryday wrote:Whoa, congrats man! Seeing campus today was a cool experience! Only my second time to STL (even being from Kansas...) so it's been a good time. Seeing SLU tomorrow while I'm here, but the visit to WUSTL went very well and was about as low-key as you would expect - I wish I were here while class was in session, but my schedule didn't shake out.Assasindowntheavenue wrote:Please let us know how it goes!Dodocogon wrote:Visiting campus tomorrow - first school I'll have been to as an applicant, so I'm excited to see it!
Hope it expedites my app - compete since 11/03 3.5/167

FWIW, they paired me with a 3Ls. And she said the employment outcome is fine and getting better. Class 2018 is even better than them 2017. About half went to law firms.
This probably won't appeal some ppl at TLS. But I mean if you work hard and smart, WUSTL is fine employment wise.
Also not much on campus interview with employers. But WUSTL joins some events in CA for off campus interview.

For people who were admitted around the week before Xmas, have you heard about scholarship yet?
I was admitted through email, and they paired me with a current student too. Yet I haven't got ASW invite or deposit info or anything else....
Let's hope the AO office did not forget about me.

I was admitted about a week before Christmas and heard about scholarships a few days later. So that might be abnormal. I've seen around 5 other posts on here saying it took about a week to get scholarship info.pipipipi wrote:For people who were admitted around the week before Xmas, have you heard about scholarship yet?

Admitted late October, still no scholarship. So you certainly don't need to worry yet.pipipipi wrote:For people who were admitted around the week before Xmas, have you heard about scholarship yet?

I shall sit tight and wait then. I mentioned about scholarship casually in my last communication with them, and hopefully that helps a bit.

Can anyone tell me if their status checker said anything about scholarship e-mail being sent or have actual dollar figures in it, or status checker unchanged? thanks!

Woah idk how I missed this on Friday, but I think I probably need to do this as well this week. Did you just ask status or include other info [that would have made it more like a LOCI instead of an inquiry]?PDX4343 wrote:Thanks, I was definitely surprised to hear back so quickly after.
