Also, for any current students in this thread, can you speak to employment with the AG's office? Not a fan of his, but would love to work in government litigation, plus every division outside of child support has most of its employees in Austin.

UT would be the best school for this, if only for the ease of interning/externing

Has anyone else applied yet? I did, but haven't so much as gotten a confirmation email from UT, let alone a status checker login. Maybe they just take their time.

same boat (applied 9/2), i think it's just going to take them a little longer. i emailed a supplemental essay to be added to my application, and they sent me an email saying that they received that and it would be added to my file, so i feel pretty good that my app was submitted ok.

I am a reapplicant to UT, and if I remember correctly, it took about two weeks from submission to get my UT EID login. I think I was told that they didn't start processing applications at all until Sept. 15.
