It says at the top of my status tracker that everything they need for my app is complete and it is moved to under review. There is also a section called "file completed" that is marked 11/1/2016, so maybe that is when they are reviewing it or something. You visit, go to the office and check in. If you are an admitted student, they will then cut you a check based on where you're coming from. It will come in the mail a few weeks after your visit.
