Website lists $16080 as COL. I'm fairly sure you're allowed to borrow up to the entire Cost of Attendance listed by the school.

In UVA's case that would be: $82,593-Financial Aid/Scholarship, assuming you're out of state.

I think I'd drop all my other apps and accept if I got a Dillard lol (coincidently this is probably related to why I won't get a Dillard).
While I like UVA, I def wouldn't withdraw. I paid the fees so might as well find out.

Bump. Nobody else get this?
I got one of these, but mine was worded "for recently admitted students in your area". Make of that what you will, I guess, but it seems like a good sign!
Whether I'm admitted or not, I got a fee waiver, and a free dinner so my total costs are close to $0 plus some stress. Mine is tomorrow night, I will post details either tomorrow or Friday for anybody curious.

Waitttttt mine's tomorrow night, too... are you in ATL? If so, see ya tomorrow! And if not, enjoy the free meal!

Not in ATL. Interesting that they are the same night. I'm still under review w/ no interview. Are you admitted?

Does UVA's status checker go straight to under review or is there a "complete" update too?

It says at the top of my status tracker that everything they need for my app is complete and it is moved to under review. There is also a section called "file completed" that is marked 11/1/2016, so maybe that is when they are reviewing it or something. If you crack the code, let me know :D

I submitted an ED app within 24 hours of Sept release--not a thing.

You'll get great offers from CCN (assuming you applied there as well), trust me.

Just received the Dillard Scholarship package in the mail. Honestly such a compelling offer and so humbled. Very excited to hear about your guys' acceptances and other Dillards as the cycle rolls on. Feel free again to PM me with questions.

Also very confused about the honors dorm. Anyone know anything about that?

Also as an FYI the Dillard is tuition & fees only, so living expenses aren't covered unlike some other full rides. Nonetheless still an incredible offer.

Admissions talked about giving stipends for visiting. Anybody knows when those come?

You visit, go to the office and check in. If you are an admitted student, they will then cut you a check based on where you're coming from. It will come in the mail a few weeks after your visit. No need to show receipts/flights etc.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
