Waitlisted school interview

I attained two point higher score in June LSAT and, therefore, got an interview from wait-listed school, last Thursday.
Interviewer asked about where I'm currently deposited at and also, how much scholarship that school is offering, along with how much I prefer her school compared to the school I'm currently deposited at.
I'm not sure how positive the chances are, but because of the plane ticket, I need a swift answer. (I'm staying in Hong Kong) If the wait-listed school accepts me, I won't reapply, but if it rejects me, I will because I have higher LSAT score now.
How long do you think it will take for the wait-list school to make decision? Do you think it is a good idea to urge them, or it will just give them a bad impression? Also, do you think their questions regarding the scholarship and stuff are positive signs?
Also, if I decide to reapply, how should I phrase my letter of withdrawal to currently deposited school? Any advice on that?
Thank you.
