Hello all,
Im weighing my admissions offers. I have already taken some graduate level bioethics classes and my interest has always been in Health Law and Bioethics, so Im looking for a school that provides both. I have acceptances and scholarships at Albany School of Law, Drake Law School, and Southern Illinois Law. Waitlists at Duquesne and Penn State Law. Out of these Albany fits best since it has a interesting looking Bioethics program with Albany Med and gave me a rather nice package.
I did get recruiting contact from Mississippi College of Law about their Health Law and Bioethics Institute. It looks really interesting and since my LSAT is a 153 it seems I could stand a great chance of very good scholarship there as well. So I applied and think it would be between Albany and Mississippi- Im not really planning on holding out for waitlists.
I like what I have seen about Mississippi's Institute but Albany is ranked and MS is not. As well as having graduated some pretty impressive figures in the past I feel like Albany might get me better hiring chances.
Im waiting to hear back from MS and what I might get, but figured I would see if anyone has any advice in picking one of these schools?

You really need to retake the LSAT and get into better schools. None of these schools give you more than a coin-flips chance of ever being an actual attorney. Check out "Law School Transparency" to see the employment numbers out of these schools. They are terrible.

A school offers potential connections into these "areas" of law. The problem is that the schools you have mentioned are dumpster fires that should be avoided at all costs. Peruse the forums and you'll understand what I mean in about 20 minutes.
