I received a reconfirmation email for the waitlist yesterday. Did everyone else as well?
I did as well. Did your status checker change to "Waitlist Reconfirmed," as it said it would in the email? Mine has not, so I wasn't sure if I need to send in another form. I am assuming it probably takes time to update.
Thanks!

Nope, my status checker still reads "Waitlist Confirmed." I assume it will update after the holiday, and if not, then I'll resend the form.

There will probably be more WL movement after tomorrow, when the second seat deposit is due.

uhhhhhh YE$$$$$$$$$$$ - I was told by admissions that we would be getting increases as the donors send in money and that it typically happens over summer.

I got the same one. Are you local or no? I requested a phone interview but when my confirmation came it just had info about in-person.

I am local, but I'll be going in for the face to face interview.

No, but they told me they were making decisions by end of this week.

Just had my interview - here's hoping we all get some closure soon!
A couple things I thought I would relay for anyone who's still waiting but didn't set up an interview:
- They sound like they're pretty much out of money. He basically told me not to expect any scholarship. So there's that.
- If accepted off the waitlist, you have about two weeks to get the $800 deposit in. I thought that was notable since most schools seem to expect it within like 3 days.
- If you let them know you've been accepted at another school that will require you to move, they'll be sure to get you a decision out sooner at this point. I told him I'll be moving from the Bay Area to Portland if nothing else changes, he said they would get back to me very soon so as not to complicate my plans even further, which I appreciated.

I just gave up my seat with $40K annual scholarship. Hoping that seat and money goes to one of you! Good luck!

I got accepted off the waitlist via snail mail, no email. There was no scholarship info with it. I assumed I was waitlisted because I'd be needing to move to the area. During the interview he really seemed to stress over and over again the fact that I am not local. My stats, according to LSN, should have given me an acceptance along with $$$. In the welcome packet it stated, "All admitted students are considered for our scholarship programs and notification is sent with this mailing." So, that stinks. I definitely wanted to go, but the no money when San Diego is giving me 40k is kind of
.

Also got accepted via snail mail today. No scholly. I'm not going to go, so there's one more spot for anyone who can swing it without $$.

still on the waitlist according to the website though if that retains any bearing
