Applied 9/30. Accepted 12/15 through phone call with a 25% tuition scholarship

Admitted yesterday with a 50% tuition scholarship

In monday with full scholarship

Hey did anyone get requested to do an interview?

I did but I dont know why, I thought cause of my stats I would get in easy

I was asked to do a video interview. I think it might be for scholarship consideration and to make sure you are serious about MSU.

I wasn't given an option for a phone interview. My answers centered around "Why MSU," though the scholarship offer I ended up with is probably not nearly enough for me to go.

Yeah UF already gave me a 75% scholarship with no work, but I figure the interview would be good practice.

I did the phone interview, they ask the three questions from the email and then they ask, "what three words would your future clients use to describe your work?" I wouldn't stress about the interview too much, it was very low-key. Honestly because I had a day to prep I just typed up what I wanted to say and had it sitting right there to draw from during the interview. After their part was over, it was my turn to ask questions.

Did video interview, accepted with 50%. Also added to the facebook group, which though-normal, was off-putting given the speed they found me.

I'm sort of turned off that they'd add you without asking. I am Facebook friends with people at work who don't know that I'm leaving to go to law school. I haven't been added yet, and hopefully I won't be.

The request came, so it wasn't without my approval. But it was like I was on the phone and then the second he hung up, I had a request.

In a few weeks ago with a full ride, out of state. Also got offered a travel stipend and hotel room for the February visit weekend.

Checking in! I was asked to do the interview process this morning.

I received the invitation to do a video interview today.

Accepted today via phone call. Received 50% scholarship.

Was accepted via phone call last month with 100% scholarship

Really appreciating the correspondence from Mich St. since being admitted. A few personal phone calls from alumni/reps and personal emails. Not sure how much it really affects my decision-making but it's a nice touch nonetheless.

Checking in. Went complete 1/5 and now waiting. It would take free law school for me to even consider Michigan state though...

Went complete yesterday, how long did the turnaround take for you guys?

My completed application is coming on 4 weeks, hopefully soon.

Has anyone had any luck negotiating scholarships with MSU?

Admitted with a 50 percent scholarship. Will probably withdraw, simply because of distance.
