I didn't see a thread so I figured I would make one. Taking my LSAT on Saturday, SUCOL is 1st choice

Many thanks! I went complete on 12/10. Definitely did not anticipate a decision before January!

Hi guys! Patiently waiting for a response. Submitted 10/28. Completed sometime in November. I received an email yesterday regarding financial aid, creating a SU ID - which I did, and completing the financial aid to do list. For those accepted or denied, did you get one too? I would hate to think that it's a standard practice even for the denied applicants. Please let me know!

Btw, it was addressed directly to me, my information was already in their system. Etc

I was accepted and got that email too. Just a heads up, though, I didn't get any email about my acceptance; it was just in the status checker. So if you haven't looked there, maybe it'll have some info for you!

Thanks for responding so quickly! Ive logged on over five times since yesterday (I know) but it still says under review. Maybe they forgot to update my status checker? Idk. Im debating on calling Monday. I hope theyre not closed for winter break yet. I would hate to have to wait.

Ah, well in that case I'd guess that they sent the email to everyone hoping to give people more time to get their financials in order (because I believe the deadline is before some people will get responses). You might just have a little longer to wait. :/ Good luck!

Just wanted to update that the admissions office emailed me today stating that the reason I received the link is that I should fill out all of my financial aid requirements prior to receiving a decision. My file is still under review. My wait continues.....

I got the same email too. I was confused cause I didn't hear anything back about the status of my application, just that it was in review. Kind of odd for the school to be asking us to fill out financial aid forms even if we haven't been accepted yet.

I know! So far, this is the only school that has requested financial information from me prior to rendering a decision. Hopefully it IS a good sign. Either way, I will keep you posted.

I got that email too. I was excited that it hopefully meant I was accepted, but the status checker still says under review. Good luck to everyone!

I think that from the other forums I've read, they send the financial emails to everyone...oh well it did get my hopes up. I went complete 12/18.

I too got that financial aid email... went complete and in review on 12/2.

Anyone else on this thread admitted? Received my packet in the mail two days ago!
