Anyone think I have a shot at USC if I can improve my LSAT to their 75th percentile on October? I read on their website that the consider all LSAT scores...is this true!? I though only Yale did that!
3.46 GPA, 157 & 158.
Wondering if its worth it because they have no application fee, basically...

short answer to your question: yes
since your gpa is unfortunately a smidge under their 25th you'll likely want to score above rather than at their 75th LSAT
for reference i got in last cycle with some money with a gpa muuuuuuch worse than yours but an lsat significantly above their 75th

Is there any truth to the claim on their website that they consider all LSAT scores?
How much higher than their 75th were you at?

despite what they say, for most intents and purposes theyll take your highest score, bc thats what gets reported to usnwr and gets in the rankings. they might consider all 3 scores in a borderline case or if theyre choosing between 2 close candidates but i wouldnt worry too much if at all
i got a 171 on my second try (165 first)

Is USC's 25th percent LSAT dropping to 161 statistically significant?

I don't recall with 100% certainty, but USC's median LSAT stayed the same. I think (as a potential applicant) that is more revealing.

There were fewer applicants with high scores so they needed to drop their 25th and relly on splitters to maintain medians.

I haven't applied yet, but am considering it. (GPA 75th, LSAT a little below median.)
How expensive is it to live near campus? How awful is traffic if an apt near campus is unaffordable? Is grad student housing available and is it decent?

Question:
Did you guys write a why USC essay (especially the successful splitters)?
Furthermore, where did you attach it, onto another page of the P.S. or where else?

USC usually waits longer than most schools to send out acceptances..
