In today after obsessively lurking here for a long time. Beyond excited... USC has been my top choice for years now, and I honestly didn't think I'd get in.

For anyone curious:

Complete 2/1, CR1 about a week later and CR2 a week after that, FR 3/1 and Decision Finalized this morning.

LSAT <50th, GPA <25th, URM

Congrats to everyone else who got in, good luck to those still waiting and I hope to meet some of you soon! :D

Can you PM me stats? I noticed we've applied to a bunch of the same places and you were in at NW yesterday so I'm curious to see how my cycle plans out.

+1.

Very curious about this.

Also, if USC does not give you a scholarship, do they let you know?

I'm not sure if there is necessarily a pattern they have been following with scholarships. I was accepted back in December, so obviously my wait was much longer than what I would expect for you all. When your scholarship is posted you will be able to view the letter on the USC portal, so if you are not being offered merit aid, I would think they would just post a letter to that effect.

I'll also add that 88% of the incoming class (so obviously not a totally representative set of the admit pool) received scholarships, so your chances are pretty good.

Everything I've heard seems to be around 3-4 business days.

Where would the letter be on the portal? I was having trouble finding the spot for it.

So this link: http://mylaw2.usc.edu/loginAdmitted.cfm (just so we're on the same page)

Admissions tab -> Enrollment Checklist -> Download Scholarship Decision Letter (around the middle of the page)

You will get an email when the letter is ready to access

After about a month, I finally moved out of CR1 this morning! How long can I expect to wait in CR2 limbo?

Final Review updates were 3/1 and 3/3, for me.

@mmontgo: There's no way of knowing. Some people are a few days, some a few weeks. Sorry!
I imagine since it's the end of the cycle, you'll be on the shorter end of things, though.
Decision finalized as well! Exact same timeline as you
