Same stats here too and I got it. Minority (but non-URM) female, for what it's worth.basedvulpes wrote:Those are pretty much my stats too, but I got it. Saw some others in the thread suggested adding North Carolina as a location preference on CRS, so I did that as well - supposedly it helps. Worth a shot if you haven't done that already?

Congratulations again on receiving a provisional offer of admission to Duke Law School. I am writing to update you about a change in the Priority Track program – the interview will now be an optional part of the scholarship determination process. This change reflects the overall strength of the pool that we are seeing and our desire to keep the admissions process as streamlined and simple as possible for our Priority Track applicants.
What this means for you is that because you have already been provisionally admitted, you will be officially admitted to Duke Law School when you complete the next step of our admission process – applying for financial aid and scholarship assistance. As part of the scholarship application process you will have the opportunity to participate in a Skype interview with a member of the committee, if you choose to do so. We hope you will take advantage of the interview because we expect it will provide an excellent opportunity for us to discuss the financial implications of attending law school and to learn how we might be able to help.
The Financial Aid Office will send you the scholarship application form and instructions via email; information about how to schedule an optional interview will be available in November. If you apply, you will receive your official admission letter and a decision on your scholarship application soon after the Committee completes the review.

I also live in North Carolina and go to university there as well so that might have something to do with it

Been wifi - less for a couple days and just found out about PT!!! 3.9 and 169, North Carolina preference. From Texas obviously. Retaking in October and aiming for around a 173. Duke is my top choice though so I'm thrilled!!!!

Checking in with PT, but below both medians. I guess its because I went to school in NC and currently am TFA in Durham. Not complaining though! Good luck to everyone
