Has anyone heard back from George Mason...? I'm a local VA resident and it's one of my top 5 schools!

Accepted two weeks ago with 10k a year and 5 k discount

Were you notified via email? My status checker says a decision has been rendered but I didn't get an email or phone call...

Same here. They called me and then I received a packet in the mail.

For those accepted when did you go complete and under review?

Did your requirements box on the status check change or update at all? I just emailed the admissions office and they said they don't release information over the phone or email but mailed a letter so I'm assuming it's a denial letter..

If you look at the past threads for George Mason the trend is acceptance through phone call, waitlist through snail mail, and denial through email.

When did people receive their phone calls? AM or PM?

I just called because I had a similar question, I have been complete for awhile and I haven't had any updates.They told me they don't tell you when it is UR, they simply say a decision is rendered and then they let you know.

I believe it said 12/11. Around 10am my status checker deleted the decision date and read the "decision has been reached" message at the top. I also noticed a new mailing with today's date. Since I knew waitlists came in the mail, I thought for sure I had been WL. Phone call came around 2pm. My page still looks the same. Apparently, the mailing is my acceptance packet.

Yeah, about a month and a half. I know others heard back sooner, but I was below median LSAT and over median GPA.

I just checked my status checker and at the top it says "decision made" I have heard that a call you're in, email you're out, and snail mail wait list...

my question is does anyone know if they call the same day? or what time? Thanks!

When did you submit your application?

for the record, my status checker changed to decision made, I never received a call, and I was admitted via snail mail a couple of weeks later

When did you submit your application?

I applied the first week in January, I don't remember what day exactly, but it got my status check last week, so quick turn around. I say that with a grain of salt right now because I still haven't received anything and my status checker hasn't changed besides that they have made a decision.

I just got the call! I'm in! they also said that my acceptance package will be received in 2 days
