Idaho Law Scholarships

I am from Idaho, and want to practice law in the Boise market. I have done lots of research already, so I am completely aware of job prospects, etc. I am also out of LSAT takes, so as much as I would like to retake and go to a T14, that isn't going to happen(and yes, I am aware that I can sit out 2 years and retake). My stats are quite a bit higher than the 75% percentile in both GPA and LSAT, but I received a less than stellar scholarship offer. My question is (although there are probably just a handful of Idaho peeps here) if anyone has successfully negotiated a scholarship offer at Idaho. Any *helpful* insight is welcome!
Also, I applied (non-binding) ED to be guaranteed in the Boise program for 2L and 3L so my first seat deposit is due this month.
TL-DR; Has anyone negotiated scholarship offers at University of Idaho?

Usually applying ED takes away any leverage you could have to negotiate with them. To negotiate you would need to compare other offers you have and explain how much you wanna go to idaho and ask if they could make it more affordable. But, due to you applying ED, you have no choice but to go to Idaho, so you can't really compare any offers

It is a non-binding ED. I have to pay an early deposit but that is it. Applying ED guaranteed me a spot in a different campus. I still have all of my other applications in and am not forced to go there.

How much debt will you be in if you can't get more money out of them?

As it stands, I'm guessing around $50,000. I've been accepted to other regional schools in the Mountain West and schools that are significantly higher ranked with about the same money, but my goals are to end up in Boise (where I am from) and after talking to attorneys there, they all recommend going to Idaho for that.

FWIW, I've had no movement on my app there since November...

Also, that $50,000 accounts for tuition and cost of living.
