Seems like it's mostly only the first quartile that gets pulled from for acceptances later, I think
If you look on the thread from last year there are a bunch of people weighing their chances from various positions
this was true of last year. however, in previous recent years they've dipped below the first quartile. The wait list was also longer than it had been last year, and there wasn't much movement for some reason.

Also WL from FR2. GPA < 25th, LSAT > 75th. Wondering if it's worth staying on this list, but guess that depends on the quartile rankings.

Got accepted this morning, but haven't received any follow up email with the log in info for the admitted students website? Did any of you guys get yours already?

It takes awhile for the log in info for the ASW to come. I think it was almost a week from acceptance for me.

Question on the waitlist process - the email said quartile rankings will come out in March; are those done in order of waitlist placement, or by some separate ranking system based on qualifications, etc?

Also - what's the LOCI protocol? The email explicitly states not to send them. Should that be taken at face-value?

Bueller?

Thanks TLS franz :)

Not sure about your first question, but I don't recommend sending a LOCI if you've been explicitly told not to. If it just said "you aren't obligated to send a LOCI to be considered," then I would but because they've made it clear they don't want them, I wouldn't.

Anyone else back under review after submitting Feb LSAT? Dying with anticipation and need commiseration.

I was complete for several weeks but never went under review until this week with Feb LSAT score release (it was second take so I had one on file). I'm wondering if they're going to send out dates like they seem to have with past waves of when they will notify everyone. Has anyone heard of a time frame?

kind of hoping the fact that they went up by a slot in the rankings doesn't mean that they look at my scholarship file and go "well....you WERE worth this much. now though? now we're number 8. now you're only worth this much."

Anyone have and wild conjectures about acceptances this week at the last minute since ASW starts Thursday?

I thought that maybe they would have sent out some decisions this morning. If they haven't though I think they're probably just going to wait until after ASW. A surge of ppl RSVPing the day before would prob be a logistical nightmare.

I hope I'm wrong!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
