How is that going to affect your housing/lease situation at your current committed school? I'm worried I'll wait too long to sign a lease, and then if I'm not accepted to Stanford I'll miss out on living with someone to split the rent

Finally got my official WL letter. Does anyone else find it ridiculous that we have to mail our response (as opposed to giving an option to email/fax it)? I'm not sure I trust USPS that much.

Scan and attach it to an email. They took mine.

Checking in!
Stanford was my top choice from the beginning, but now I'm not sure I could take it over a Dillard. But I'm still going to stay on the waitlist and make the decision when/if I need to.
Also, they told me on the phone that we could send waitlist acceptances via email, so that's definitely okay.

Suggestion: we should add a poll on top (that let's us change our answers) with the following options... (Feel free to change them up)
A) waitlisted and waiting to hear back
B) withdrew from waitlist
C) admitted from waitlist
D) rejected from waitlist

Was WLed a while ago but only just found this thread. SLS was my top choice at the beginning of the cycle and I'll probably always love it but I don't think I'll ride it past June. Hopefully there will be lots of movement and it will happen early; it would kill me inside to have to withdraw from SLS, even if it is just a WL.
