Unfortunately, I am here. But thanks for taking the initiative. C'mon Chicago! Take me, I'm yours.leigh912198972 wrote:Had to be started

Waitlisted with a 162 and a 3.45. Already committed to ND with half tuition. This is an interesting position to say the least...

Nothing out of this world to be honest. I just work hard, and I consider myself to be a very good writer. Definitely feel lucky to be in this position though. Best of luck to everyone.aboutmydaylight wrote:You must have stellar credentials.palbatron wrote:Waitlisted with a 162 and a 3.45. Already committed to ND with half tuition. What's the benefit of a June retake for this cycle?BentleyLittle wrote:Riding it out until the bitter end. What's everyone's plan b? Anyone retaking in June?

Same here. Don't think I will be waiting it out, though. Good luck to everyone.

I am retaking, but not really for Chicago. It's more because I'm held at NU. A weird concern is if I do real well on my June LSATs and then don't get into NU or Chi and my conscience forces me to sit out a cycle. I really don't wanna do that...Seoulless wrote:What's the benefit of a June retake for this cycle?BentleyLittle wrote:Riding it out until the bitter end. What's everyone's plan b? +1. Also, I've read anecdotes on here about people getting off WLs after their June score is reported. I'm not sure if that is the case for Chicago specifically but if I score well enough it would open up reapplying.leigh912198972 wrote:I am retaking, but not really for Chicago. Is there evidence that WLs ever get scholarship money? If no, I am thinkingg of just sticking with my plan for an October retake and studying every day till then.

A poster in the Chicago decisions thread said many people last cycle got off the WL with significant scholarship money. I'm not sure how that works, though.Seoulless wrote:Is there evidence that WLs ever get scholarship money? What up everyone?
170/3.88 here. Applied in January and interviewed in march. Not unexpected. Still heard nothing from northwestern but looks like I'll be waiting another year. I should retake but grr.

Checking in. Just deposited at a much lower school with full scholarship... not sure what I would do if I'm removed from the waitlist and have to pay sticker...
