What's the likelihood of getting off the waitlist?

I did, but I had a new lsat score to report. Their deposit deadline is 4/11 so you might as well wait and see if spots open up right away.

Why would you not go? I'm not trying to disagree. I legitimately want to know the reasons why I should not go to Cardozo (besides the fact that there is someone on the wait list who spelled cardozo as "carodzo").

From Bloomberg: "The school warned that its chronic budget deficits may worsen after failing to produce an annual financial report on time. The move led Moody’s Investors Service to cut its rating this month to an unprecedented four levels below investment grade, spurring investors to sell Yeshiva debt."

Not sure how much YU's financial worries will matter. The law school has a fairly loose connection to YU...
